The hotel itself was fine, with beautiful interior and exterior. The service from the staff was also commendable, as they were friendly. the food at the restaurant was excellent, and the traditional lamb stew was definitely a must-try dish.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. the furnishings in the rooms were a bit outdated and could use a refresh.

The hotel is located in a clean and safe area, away from the main tourist attractions. The breakfast selection was excellent, especially when enjoyed on the outdoor terrace.

The staff was excellent, especially Maryam. The room was clean and spacious, with a great view of the sea and mosques. The breakfast was the best I've ever had. The location was fantastic, with a welcoming reception. The housekeeping and pool area were also well-maintained.

This hotel is an absolute luxury. the exclusive amenities provided here are truly outstanding and made our stay memorable. We were impressed by the world, class Spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, health club. the public bath and massage treatments were truly amazing.

We had a minor issue with the gym, which was small and not up to standard considering the luxury level of this hotel. Aside from that, this hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs and exceeded our expectations in every other area.

We stayed at a hotel overlooking the beautiful Bosphorus. The location was great, close to the airport and in a good area of the city. The room was spacious with ample storage. The fitness room was well-equipped, great to maintain our workout routine. The hotel's limousine service provided us with peace of mind while exploring the city. We also indulged in the Sunday brunch with a wide variety of delicious food. our experience at this hotel was worth every penny and we highly recommend it.

the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch with a sauna, indoor swimming pool, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a leisurely day, with umbrellas and sun terrace providing a relaxing atmosphere. the restaurant buffet was delectable, with a wide variety of options for every meal of the day, including vegetarian and gluten-free meals.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the staff did not provide us with a private facility right away, which we found surprising. this was quickly resolved upon bringing it to their attention, and we were immediately given access to it.
